It was lovely seeing the thought that had gone into the preparations as students shared their reflections on what school may have been like at St Catherine’s School in 1994. There were lots of speculations around what may have been placed in the time capsule and students were very excited to hear from current staff who were around when the time capsule was laid. We were thrilled to have old scholars and staff joining us for its official opening. We will now spend time in classes looking at the selection of items that were placed so purposefully into the time capsule in 1994. Some of the items from the time capsule will be put on display at St Catherine’s School so that students, families and friends can get a better look at them.
